Why this notice
This page describes the management methods of the website www.cinetecnica.it with reference to articles 13 to 22 of the 2016/679 European Regulation, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as well as the free circulation of such data, which substantially reforms the privacy regulations. This information is provided only for personal data processed by Cinetecnica srl, also through its website. It should be noted that this information is not applicable to other websites consulted by the user via links.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- obligations related to the services requested from the company – contractual legal basis pursuant to art. 6.b) GDPR;
- obligations related to the administrative and economic management of the contractual relationship established – legal basis pursuant to art. 6.c) GDPR;
- for the sending of information material on the company’s services and promotional material by the company as well as its subsidiaries and investee companies – legal basis consent pursuant to art. 6.a) GDPR, which the interested party may or may not express.
Optional provision of data
The provision of data referred to in points 1 and 2 of the previous chapter is mandatory under penalty of inability to provide the services or supplies requested. The provision of the data referred to in point 3 is optional. For navigation data on the site, see the next chapter.
Types of data processed
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests for services and / or information, as well as any other personal data included in the missive./p>
Cookies
No personal user data is acquired by the site in this regard. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are the so-called c.d. persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe browsing and efficient site. The so-called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.
Data recipients
The treatments connected to the web services of this site are handled by employees of Cinetecnica S.r.l., authorized for this purpose. The personal data provided by users who submit requests for services, performances or information are used only to perform the service or provision requested or to provide the requested information. If it is necessary to use external personnel from Cinetecnica S.r.l. as part of the performance of the services requested by users, this staff is appointed Data Processor (pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR). The updated list of data processing managers of Cinetecnica S.r.l. is available upon request. Furthermore, customer data of Cinetecnica S.r.l. may be communicated to consultants in administrative, fiscal and contributory accounting matters, to banking and financial institutions, as well as to persons in charge of protecting the interests of the company in the judicial, administrative and extra-judicial forwarding of documents and for company control, or to subjects to whom the right to access data is recognized by law.
Processing methods and retention period
Personal data are processed with computer and paper tools for the time strictly necessary, in accordance with the purposes and related legal bases previously illustrated; as a rule, the data relating to the services provided are deleted or destroyed within 10 years at the latest. The data collected on a consensual basis are deleted at the request of the interested party.

Rights of interested parties
Interested parties have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction , cancellation, as well as to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons. Finally, the interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
